CONTOUR PLANE-HORIZ&PERP
PLANE HORIZ
The Fourier map section plane is defined by three 'in-plane' points
(i.e. Either with atom Labels or with general fractional coordinates):
- Point defining the horizontal x-axis (Default = [1 0 0])
- Origin specification (Default = [0 0 0])
- Third Point in Plane (Default = [0 1 0])
The three plane defining atoms can be specified either by clicking on three
atoms in the ORTEP display or by typing the atom name in the interactive input
window.
Subsequently, the map can be rotated about
an axis perpendicular to the display.
Atoms that should be left out from the structure factor calculation
can be indicated by clicking as well (click om OMITfromSFC)
PLANE PERP
With this option a Fourier map section is calculated in a plane
perpendicular to a plane defined by three supplied non-colinear points.
A PostScript HardCopy of the current display can be prepared by clicking EPS in on the side menu.
